Position Overview: Main tasks are: • Responsible for a timely delivery of parts and/or machines and their periphery • Coordinates appropriate shipping of goods in order to ensure an efficient service. Role and Responsibilities: • places orders for delivery at transport companies and monitors them in order to guarantee a timely delivery of parts; • responsible for a proper monitoring of (customs) administration and archiving the files in order to ensure a smooth administrative processing; • liaising with customers, suppliers and transport companies; • planning, coordinating and monitoring the receipt, order assembly and dispatch of goods; • ensures the correct packaging of the material to be sent • tracks all shipments and informs both customers as concerned departments on the progress and delivery dates • keeps all concerned parties informed about the status of the ordered • coordinates customs administration from and within our Sorting; • prepares customs administration and executes it; • draws up all necessary documents; • ensures that the warehouse receives the necessary documents for shipment; • ensures a good administrative monitoring; • possesses of clear and updated records of all documents; • checks the packaging and transportation bills; • ensures the input of the invoice information in the ERP-system; • having a clear understanding of the company's policies and vision and how the warehouse contributes to these; • coordinating the use of automated and computerised systems where utilised; • responding to and dealing with customer communication by email and telephone; • functions as a back-up for shipping of machines; Candidate profile: • Strong communication and facilitation skills with demonstrated ability to work in a team • Excellent organizational attitude, knowledge in inventory management and follow-up skills • Ability to relate to customers and vendors, their views and issues, locally and in other countries and cultures Education: • Logistics administration or equal Other skills/abilities: • Organizational and time management skills • Teamwork • Computer skills are crucial - inventory management, excel, etc • Experience with export. • Fluent English How to apply: Please send your CV .
